I have chosen to participate once again in the 2022 Travis Manion Foundation 9/11 Heroes Run.  This time, I'm doing it as a Ruck, which means wearing a 20lb (or more) weighted vest or backpack.

Please support me in my endeavor by making a donation! Your donation will help Travis Manion Foundation (TMF) - a military support organization that empowers our nation's veterans and families of the fallen to develop character in future generations. Named after 1stLt Travis Manion, USMC, who made the ultimate sacrifice in the Al Anbar province of Iraq on April 29th, 2007, the Foundation is committed to honoring our nation's fallen heroes.
